I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms offered an amazing view, the mattress was top-notch, and there were plenty of plugs around. However, the facilities advertised on the site were not all available. The service from the hotel manager to the reception staff was exceptional, and they catered to all my needs. The location was superb, right in the heart of Istanbul and within walking distance of the main attractions.
